A brand new e-book by the homeowners of Logee’s Greenhouses in Danielson encourages readers to eat their houseplants, and none aside from Martha Stewart endorses the message. “Edible Houseplants,” by Laurelynn G. Martin and Byron A. Martin comes out Sept. 12 from Storey Publishing.
The e-book focuses on bushes that may develop indoors and yield edible harvests, akin to citrus and tropical fruits, tea, peppercorn, cinnamon and extra.
